Contract Administration system setup for a major Italian EPC Contractor Status. The system was based on a pilot project, where Contract Administration was introduced on an experimental way. The Project was an important refinery in the Middle East in Joint Venture with a major Japanese Contractor, and was selected as a pilot project because of its complexity. By monitoring the Contract Administration services provided to this project, it was possible to fine tune the same services, and bring the definition to corporate level, defining scope, systems and procedures The system set up was completed in 1996, and has been running to date, now counting with 200 Contract and Subcontract Administrators
Contract Administration system setup for a major Italian Contractor, a branch of a leading Global E&C Contractor. The system was designed tailoring it on the actual needs of the Project Management structure. Extensive interviews were carried out with all the Project Managers of the Italian branch, as well as many of the international affiliates. The system set up was completed in 1998 and tested on a pilot project, consisting of a main pharmaceutical plant in Switzerland. The system has been running to date, with shared responsibilities between Project Management, Commercial and Legal Department
